Severe gastrointestinal issues
After taking one dose with food, I experienced nausea, stomach rumbling, and gastrointestinal issues all day. It was a distressing experience, and I will never try it again due to the risk of food poisoning.

Potential toxicity
The complex is not suitable for everyone and may cause food poisoning. Although I love Solgar vitamins, I cannot tolerate complex B vitamins. They increased my irritability, and my doctor advised taking B1, B6, B2, and B12 separately due to their incompatibility. The high dosage of 50 mg of B9 is excessive for me. This combination caused negative reactions, resulting in the vitamins being left untouched on the shelf, causing a foul smell. The endocrinologist warned that such combinations can lead to poisoning.
